As part of National E-Invoicing Initiative project team, the primary role is to:
1. Project Management
a. To assist the Project Management Office in managing resources (e.g. budget, manpower job allocation, timelines)
b. To prepare relevant documentations (e.g. meeting minutes, procurement-related documentations) and ensure projects are implemented in an integrated and coordinated manner, with alignment to corporate policies, standards and guidelines
c. To assist the Project Team in managing risks & issues arising from National eInvoicing Initiative
d. To work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones and escalate any gaps/delays/issues in a timely manner
2. Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting
a. To prepare various reports for internal and external stakeholder consumption
b. To assist in disseminating timely and accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
c. To coordinate engagements with internal and external stakeholders related to the initiatives
d. To facilitate the establishment and operationalisation e-Invoicing steering & working committee(s) or equivalent
3. Other supporting roles will be to:
a. Support the execution of projects and assignment related to National e- Invoicing project different workstreams as and when required
Qualifications
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business/Management or other related fields
2. Experience in eCommerce, e-Invoicing, Finance, Business and Trade documents will be an added advantage
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Understanding of Industry Dynamics, Business Issues and Technology with respect to e-Invoicing
