Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide critical shared back-office operations to all departments in the division to achieve the divisional goals which in turn achieve organizational goals in adherence to quality of work and within agreed SLA.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end internal and external committee/ project meeting arrangement.
  • Liaise and manage external stakeholders towards completion of committed work.
  • Handle the selection of project monitoring assessors.
  • Handle the appointment of assessors and committee members.
  • Handle the processing of payment of honorarium.
  • Handle and process client’s application i.e. post MD matter and etc, from start till completion within
  • the agreed SLA. Perform proper due diligence and verification of documents. Present the evaluation
  • and recommendation to the Approval Committee.
  • Communicate outcome of client’s application tactfully and effectively as well as to manage their
  • expectations.
  • Handle client’s appeals tactfully and responsively.
  • Advise and resolve issues on queries/complaints by clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date data files as well as critical documents and templates are well kept and
  • organised for ease of use and retrieval.
  • Maintain the smooth operation of the systems under the department’s purview.
  • Manage the issuance of MD Digital Certificate.
  • Perform back office operations to support the departments in the Division.
  • Perform additional due diligence, special assignment, ad-hoc functions, urgent requests and related
  • duties as and when necessary.
  • Work together with team members and collaborate with other Divisions to ensure smooth delivery
  • of customer’s experience.
  • Provide regular updates to Head of Division.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Business studies / Management / Information Technology
  • 5 years experience in relevant field
