Job Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Manage MSMEs trained nationwide from registration on Go-Ecommerce platform,

• Training schedule, up to completion of classes

• Manage Go-Ecommerce registration and on-boarding which consist of data validation, enquiry, etc

• Managing sales tracking & reporting for Digital Entrepreneur’s Unit (eUsahawan Micro, Siswa & PeDAS), and track success stories

• Process and validate reports and claim submission by the Trainers

• Support overall operational and administrative matters

• Provide Helpdesk Support 9am-6pm
