Job Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform DE Rantau Hub application advisory, due-diligence and assist in assessment exercise to ensure achievement of objective as agreed in the De Rantau Hub programme policy

a. Participate in developing the DE Rantau policies and formulation of detail hubs guideline and processes;

b. Checking completeness of the application documents for the applicant to be qualified as DE Rantau hub applicant, and perform due-diligence and assessment process;

c. Prepare necessary documents leading to approval process of the DE Rantau Hub;

d. Maintain proper record, filing and handling confidentiality of client;

e. Plan and manage the DE Rantau Hub application processing to ensure accurate and timely assessment for escalation to the relevant Approver Committee for approval;

f. Manage and execute the review, revision and development of process improvements, mechanism and future directions (if necessary) related to DE Rantau Hub implementation.

g. To assist and support DE Rantau Hub to develop, review and enhance the criteria,  and requirements for DE Rantau Hub Business Sponsorship, claim processing for reimbursement of the Business Sponsorship

h. Deliver the DE Rantau hubs results in an integrated manner by ensuring effective cross divisional function coordination with internal and external parties.

i. Managing the DE Rantau hubs secretarial functions as follow (but not limited to):

i. Approval authority meeting & logistics;

ii. Approval documents preparation & endorsement;

iii. Proper recording and maintenance of clients’ filing;

iv. Safeguarding clients’ & application’ confidential information;

j. Timely reporting of DE Rantau Hubs performance as required by performance manager

k. Timely resolution to De Rantau Hubs issues while managing clients’ and stakeholders’ expectation on the program;

l. Active participation to support the achievement of the business departmental and divisional goals. Participation in divisional management forums, meetings and corporate initiatives. Additionally, attend to ad-hoc assignment as required by management.


1. Minimum 2 years with knowledge and working experience in the field of administration/business/finance/, ICT industry development, industry clustering, infrastructure provisioning or any other related areas.

2. Minimum Degree in any related field ie; Business Management, administration and etc
