Duties & Responsibilities
A) Promotion & Awareness activities :
- Assist the team to execute the implementation plans of DE Rantau program from May - August 2022
- Assist the team in participating/organizing inter-ministerial/ agencies initiatives, engagement activities or programmes
- Assist the team to conduct scheduled / ad hoc coordination sessions with internal units and external parties to ensure right & consistent messaging to targeted groups
- Assist the team to identify suitable engagement activities (meetings, conferences & nomad platforms) to amplify DE Rantau
B) Stakeholder engagement, partnership & collaboration activities:
- Carry out planned engagement activities (May - Aug 2022) with all identified partners for outreach activities and platform management
- Assist the project team in the initiation & development of a DE Rantau platform via a partnership / collaboration model with an identified stakeholder
- Assist the team throughout the development and execution of the Digital Nomad pass with MFS and KDN
- Assist the team in deals with stakeholders for partnership/collaboration through preparation of relevant paperworks and coordination
C) Other Tasks
Execution of all administrative/clerical responsibilities required for the division, which include calendaring, invoicing, scanning documents, performing data entry and arranging travels, answering/making phone calls, responding to emails, organising files using a computer & managing any planned activities with the nomads, hubs and services providers
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- Have record of active participation and experience preferably in community/technology/business related function with experience in project management/implementation & community enablement activities
- Experienced in executing community and/or public-private sector initiatives is advantageous
