Job Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Facilitate and support the implementation of the National E-commerce Strategic Roadmap (NESR) 2.0 initiatives as well as;

  • Assist in the coordination and planning of the NESR Taskforce meetings, NESR Labs and Ecommerce Industry Roundtable (EIR) sessions with external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the overall reporting of NESR programmes (quarterly) as well as monitor and conduct reviews on programmes

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) 

Assist in the organization and planning of the engagement with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally, for NESR Taskforce meeting: 

  • Facilitate the NESR PMO role and assigned task of NESR Taskforce i.e. write minutes, logistics management, stakeholder relations etc.
  • Develop and prepare input submissions related to NESR
  • Engage and syndicate with relevant government and industry stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes for the NESR

2) STAKEHOLDER FACILITATION & COORDINATION

Assist in the facilitation of the successful execution of the NESR Labs and EIR: 

  • Assist in the overall logistics preparation for the NESR Labs and EIR
  • Assist in the coordination and facilitation of the NESR Labs & EIR, especially in managing external stakeholders i.e. RSVP
  • Following-up with stakeholders on ideas, feedback and recommendation obtained from the lab sessions and EIR sessions

Qualifications

  1. Graduate with at least 6 - 8 years experience in Communications/ Strategy/ Economics, Business Planning and Market Research.
  2. Minimum Bachelor degree in Management, Public Relations, Communications or other relevant field.
