Job Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities


1. Assist in planning, preparation and coordinating marketing activities related (but not limited) to media, creative, branding, events, videos, PR, content development, social media and digital marketing.

2. Timely implement, supervise and manage all marketing activities assigned.

3. Update and maintain the marketing department’s documentation.

4. Work closely across functions to handle requests between departments and ensure all standard operating procedures are not compromised.

5. Work closely with project teams and other internal/external stakeholders in developing marketing plans.

6. Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and propose improvements.

7. Perform additional due diligence, special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary.

8. Stakeholder presentations, management and reporting.

Management of Procurement Process and Agencies-of-Record (AOR)

1. Assist in procurement and management of Approved Vendors and Agencies-of-Record for marketing and advertising services including (but not limited to) media and creative duties.

2. Perform procurement-related admin documentations and SOP.

3. Monitor, manage and report projects assigned in adherence to project timelines and key milestones.



1. BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline.

2. Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in a marketing role (involved in media and creative) either in a corporate or an agency setup.

3. Able to communicate professionally (verbal and written) in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

4. High competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

5. Hands-on experience in Google Ads, social media ads or any other ad serving platforms.

6. Work experience in government or government agencies will be an added advantage.
