Job Purpose

• Lead, manage and achieve committed work related to processing of CI and management of post MSC approval application.

• Planning, coordination of duties and monitoring of staff resources.

• Deliver expected outcome and results based on agreed quality and standards in-line with the Corporate KPIs and MSC Department’s goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the post MSC and CI unit overall functions

• Develop guidance on project evaluation and monitoring methodology and formulation of guideline and processes.

• Resolve delinquent matters for Post MSC and CI recipients i.e., Appeal process for CI recipients, settlement discussion etc.

• Ensure issues / queries by internal and external stakeholders / customers are attended with adequate assistance/facilitation until it being resolve.

• Ensure KPI achievement and delivery are met.

2. Policy and Process

• Assist and collaborate with other division/department in developing CI framework and enhancing Post MSC policy, procedures, guidelines and process-flow to ensure program objectives are achieved.

• Lead and involve in discussion & consultation with internal and external stakeholders on CI and Post MSC related policies.

• Lead the due diligence on applicant KPIs achievement, reporting to stakeholders, KPI breach management and appeal for KPI recalibration for CI.

• Lead the legal contract document review and preparation, particularly on KPI contracting and other CI terms, towards issuance of CI Conditions (CIC) and/or other related documents.

3. Communication and Leadership

• Accomplish team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising KPI/task assigned.

• Coach and motivate the team in KPI delivery and develop personal growth opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Studies or other relevant studies with working experience of more than 8 years with exposure in industry and incentive management.

2. Demonstrate leadership capabilities to lead a team.
