Social Media Management
To assist in managing social media content and campaigns for all Gig Workforce programmes / #SayaDigital Pendapatan (eRezeki & GLOW) which includes:
1. Online support; i.e day-to-day User engagement activities which include, but are not limited to monthly contest/*live session & bi-weekly post update in Facebook & Instagram platforms;
2. Reply of messages & follow ups on online queries within 24 hours (during working/off-peak hours) ; and to schedule for auto replies (after work hours/peak hours)
3. To assist in developing and managing #SayaDigital and Gig Workforce content and promotional materials suitable for various communication channels (website, workers’ portal, social media, email blast etc.)
