Job Purpose

The incumbent responsible for administration and execution of several key in HR Functions encompass compensation & benefits, employee relations and recruitment. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer the employee benefits and entitlements as per the MDEC Terms and Conditions (T&C), policies, procedures and practices, covering the FlexBenefits program, employee claims and medical related matters.
  • Administer, support and execute the coordination of recruitment (fulltime, CFS, temporary Staffing and Practical Training) and employee relations activities.
  • Maintain employee files, records and date regularly & accurately using the HR System.
  • Provide advice and support divisions and MDEC employees in various HR related matters.
  • Prepare HR related report.
  • Promote HR programs and activities.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or projects pertaining to HR as and when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business studies/administration/management or any related field
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Human Resource Management
