The incumbent responsible for administration and execution of several key in HR Functions encompass compensation & benefits, employee relations and recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Administer the employee benefits and entitlements as per the MDEC Terms and Conditions (T&C), policies, procedures and practices, covering the FlexBenefits program, employee claims and medical related matters.
Administer, support and execute the coordination of recruitment (fulltime, CFS, temporary Staffing and Practical Training) and employee relations activities.
Maintain employee files, records and date regularly & accurately using the HR System.
Provide advice and support divisions and MDEC employees in various HR related matters.
Prepare HR related report.
Promote HR programs and activities.
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or projects pertaining to HR as and when required.
Bachelor degree in HR, Business studies/administration/management or any related field
Minimum 1 year working experience in Human Resource Management
