Job Purpose

1. This position is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of company vehicles, ferrying guests, timely delivery and collection of documents and safe driving staff to their respective destinations.

2. To be assigned as Assigned Driver to Senior Management when required

3. Perform facility management and office administration tasks as specified.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Dispatching which includes but not limited to the following:

a. Deliver and Collect Documents)/Parcels

b. Banking tasks

2. Pool Driver

a. Ferrying MDEC Employees and Guests

b. Assigned as replacement for assigned drivers

3. Cleanliness and Maintenance of company vehicles

4. To be assigned task related to Asset Management

5. To perform tasks in preparation and/or during events, visits or workshops in MDEC office or MDEC external events

6. Performs and carries out assigned task as and when necessary as specified by HoD/HoU/Performance Manager


1. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)

2. Minimum Experience (3 - 5 years)

f. Ability to maintain accurate records

2. Technical/Functional Skills

a. Valid driving license

b. Motor vehicle driving skills (defensive driving)

c. Basic computer literacy
