Job Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities

To manage all customer interactions via MDEC Communication Channels and disseminate accurate information of MDEC by ensuring delivery of excellent customer service in accordance to established procedures and standards of CliC and MDEC.

Qualifications

        1.  Minimum Diploma with 3 to 5 years of Customer Service Experience.

        2.  Experience in handling customers in various levels and cultures

        3.  Experience in managing multiple inbound and outbound campaigns in a contact center environment will be an added advantage 

        4.  Possesses the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 

        5.  Possess good understanding of computer skills and the ability to learn how to use Customer management systems quickly
