Job Description
Core Deliverables

As part of National E-Invoicing Initiative project team, the primary role is to facilitate the accreditation of service provider / solution provider such as:

1. Service Provider Development

a) Facilitate and assist in the assessment of Malaysia Peppol Service Provider and Peppol-ready Solution Provider accreditation

b) Review documentations, coordinate the technical and e-Invoicing related testing by Service Providers as part of the accreditation process

c) Assist in the Service Provider community development

2. Service Provider (SP) & Peppol-Ready Solution Provider (PRSP) Accreditation Process

a) Assist in the validation of technical criteria evaluation for SP & PRSP accreditation process.

b) Facilitate and assist the PRSP Solution Demo activities

c) Ensure the whole accreditation process are met and approvals are sent according to approved process.

d) Learn the SP and PRSP accreditation process and contribute towards the guideline on the accreditation procedures.

e) Provide support using email and FAQs for technical accreditation process.

  • Facilitate the project’s service provider onboarding activities as planned
  • Facilitate the communication between project team and service providers
  • Facilitate on administration and documentation based on management requirements
  • Maintain technical accreditation process in timely manner

Other supporting roles will be to:

  • Support implementation and operational activities of other projects within the department, where applicable

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree with at least 1 year experience in any of the following disciplines: Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good in Microsoft Words and Excel

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Relevant experience in project management and coordination
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure thorough and accurate assessments especially for audit purposes
  • Display a clear passion and understanding for content and narrative development
  • Experience in information security or cybersecurity roles will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in Finance/Procurement related business processes will be an added advantage
  • Teamwork oriented and strong in self-managing and has desire to learn and grow new capabilities
