Duties & Responsibilities
1. Facilitate and monitor of high-impact locations info/infra readiness and service delivery according to investor’s requirements
Monitor project timeline and KPIs related to high-impact project as agreed by management and highlight potential delays and proposed resolutions.
Data gathering and engage with relevant stakeholders on project progress and on-the-ground issues.
Facilitate, coordinate and organize the stakeholders project implementation meeting according to the agreed scope and standards, including drafting minutes of meeting and other related documentation/communication.
Prepare relevant reports, progress updates and other documentations related to the delivery of high-impact locations info/infra.
2. Facilitate and contribute in the implementation of programmes that will enhance the attractiveness of high impact locations as a preferred investment location
- Facilitate and contribute to the implementation of programmes and initiatives that can improve the competitiveness and positioning of high-impact locations as the preferred investment location.
- Prepare reports on project implementation, progress updates and other documentations for stakeholder reporting.
3. Facilitate and coordinate engagement with stakeholders to establish mutual understanding in high-impact locations and its development plan
- Coordinate and facilitate engagement with stakeholders to establish mutual understanding of high-impact locations development, management and promotion plan.
- Coordinate the implementation of initiatives on info/infra and service delivery concepts, models or other related matters on high-impact locations.
- Effective engagement with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate the engagements with relevant internal and external stakeholders on info/infra requirements for high-impact locations.
- Execute and monitor info/infra and service delivery parameters development for high impact locations.
4. Assist in developing national policies and technical documents, and facilitating the adoption of emerging technologies
- Engage with national and inter-agency platforms to represent MDEC, providing feedback, and research for the formulation of policies, guidelines, and technical documentation for the industry.
- Identify and evaluate current and emerging technologies that can be integrated to improve the existing ecosystem.
5. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively
- Connect with key stakeholders to support the achievement of objectives and goals.
- Promote best practices and share helpful solutions and knowledge with stakeholders.
6. Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned by the Management
- Support and participate in organisational wide initiatives, programmes and committees.
- Undertake special projects / ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor and Senior Management as and when required.
Qualifications
- Graduate with approximately 3 to 5 years’ experience and knowledge of particular subject matters
- Degree in Information Technology or Economics or Engineering or Management
