Core Deliverables
The incumbent is responsible for administration and execution of several key HR function:
- Internal and external recruitment
- Engagement of Temporary Staff and Practical Trainee
- Data Maintenance and reporting; and other HR matters
Recruitment Activities
- Carry out end to end recruitment activities for assigned roles
- Build and maintain relationship with hiring managers and guidance on recruitment related activities
- Execute end to end staff movement request such as assignment, covering, lateral transfer and secondment
Temporary Staff / Practical Trainee
- Carry out end to end process from advisory to execute Temporary Staff and Practical Trainee placement.
- Oversee operational issues on Temporary Staff and Practical Trainee
Reporting and Process Improvement:
- Maintain record and integrity of data in HR system
- Review process and procedures and provide recommendation for process improvement
- Support the implementation of HRA related projects, as and when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications).
