Administer incoming and outgoing correspondences, telephone calls, emails and information requests for Division Head’s Office in a timely and effective manner
Administer and coordinate meeting schedules, logistics and travel arrangements for division head and team in a timely and effective manner
Administer document management (manual or electronic) for the Division Head’s Office in a timely and effective manner
Provide general administrative support and administer operational resources & budgets for the work unit(s).
Support Divisional-wide activities
Provide support for the management and monitoring of projects and committed work for the unit(s).
Maintain the relevant processes, records and data of the work unit(s) for reference and management reporting in timely, accurate and efficient manner

Ensure that the division head's claims, including credit cards, are monitored promptly.
Qualifications
Diploma in Executive Secretary or relevant
Preferably 1 year's professional secretarial experience with strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
Good command of both written and spoken English
Able to handle multiple tasks in a professional manner.
