Prepare the consolidation of reports for approval by management
2. Contract preparation
Work closely with legal teams to draft, review, and negotiate partnership agreements
Facilitate contract signings and maintain accurate records of partnership agreements
Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and MDEC policies
3. Auditor management
Liaison with the appointed auditor
Coordinate audit planning, execution, and follow-up activities, escalating any findings or recommendations to management
4. Administrative tasks
To prepare relevant documentation (e.g. meeting minutes, procurement-related documentation) and ensure SMO reporting, audit and compliance are implemented in an integrated and coordinated manner, with alignment to corporate policies, standards and guidelines
Execute other projects and tasks related to Shop Malaysia Online (SMO) deemed important by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, management, legal, audit, or other related fields with business management experience is preferred.
Good understanding of e-commerce operations, including reporting, analytics, audit management, and contract administration, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
Experience in e-commerce, business, and trade documents will be an added advantage.
A graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience, the job holder will have gained experience collaborating in e-commerce sales projects or is an experienced individual contributor who has experience and knowledge of managing audit and compliance
