• Facilitate in project planning, deployment and implementation
• Facilitate in engagement and communication with project stakeholders
• Job shadowing
• Facilitate and manage communications development for social media
• Fulfilling tasks assigned by supervisor
• Performing clerical duties

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Communication / Information Technology, Creative (major or minor in animation/ AR/VR/MR/ Metaverse) or equivalent
• Preferable final year student of study
• Must be able to commit either for a minimum of 3 months till up to a maximum 8 months (till year end of December 2024)

COMPETENCY REQUIRED

• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Internet research & excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in relevant social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and other emerging channels
• Positive attitude and being a team player
• Able to juggle multiple tasks
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
